Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have any concerns, please email us at jodiehill01@outlook.com so we can assist you.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if defective or damaged. Contact us if you need an exchange.
Gifts:
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
